Terminal 1 (Lindberg)
  1. Call your driver as soon as your plane lands.
  2. Collect your luggage if necessary.
  3. Follow the signs to the Ground Transportation area.
  4. Your driver will be waiting at the Pre-Arranged/Special Call area.

*Be sure to call your driver immediately if there are any flight changes or delays.

Terminal 2 (Humphrey)

  1. Call your driver as soon as your plane lands.
  2. Collect your luggage if necessary.
  3. Go to the ground level of the Purple parking ramp directly across from the terminal building.
